1. About Me

Hey — I'm Allan, but most people know me online as tycxly. I'm a manager, studio owner, and publishing operations lead working at the intersection of game development and community building.

I own and operate DevNet and Dreamy Interactive, where I manage development teams, run production pipelines, and make sure things ship. I previously handled Publishing Operations at SlingShotDAO (2024–2025).

My focus is getting the right people on the right tasks — whether that's writing a Game Design Document, assembling a dev team from scratch, or managing a full publishing cycle.
